Our Vision is to help people of all ages in applying the Biblical Financial Principles and become God-honoring financial stewards.

Our Mission is to encourage families to Financial Freedom by educating them on God's principles. Leading them to develop Biblical financial habits for managing the resources entrusted to them.

Our Objectives are to help people in the following:

Coaches

The Coaches are volunteers, and members of Grace Church - Saint Louis, who have shown a desire to help others in their financial lifestyle. The coaches have demonstrated a God-honoring lifestyle in their own lives but are not to be considered perfect as we are all still growing in Christ. These volunteers have been trained in the Biblical Financial Principles (using the Willow Creek Good Sense curriculum) as well as some special skills for one-on-one coaching with various types of possible clients. Each one has been interviewed and chosen for their passion in this much needed spiritual area. Under no circumstances are any of our coaches allowed to profit from their involvement in this ministry.

Coach Training

Coach volunteers are required to take the Workshop for Financial Freedom and apply the concepts and forms to their lives for at least 30 days so that they are able to teach others these techniques. They are interviewed by the current ministry leaders and then they attend a Coach Training Workshop. This workshop goes over the Biblical Financial Principles but also teaches listening skills, telephone etiquette, and the process to follow when meeting with clients.

Clients

Our clients come from all kinds of backgrounds and all walks of life. We accept the high-school and college age as well as the retired and everyone in between. We work with married couples, single people, divorcees, widows, and single parents. Whether you are in crisis, living paycheck to paycheck, or feel that you are doing ok, you are welcome to come to us to seek help or just further support. Remember, God has something new to teach each of us!
